Nanoport Technologies was started April 2007 in the Pearl District of Portland, Oregon by Andrew Muray, Kerri Marshall MBA and Kathleen Muray as private investors.
The next generation of sustainable development depends on nanotechnology. Nanotechnology is a “bridge” technology and among the first frontiers are LED lighting systems and medicine. LED based diagnostic systems will lead the way for comprehensive and effective food and product import safety inspection and will be the key to sustaining trade while maintaining safety at the quality the world expects.
Our Obectives are:
- Provide cost effective component and full system solutions for measurement of optical properties of light sources and materials, leveraging thin film nanotechnology
- Create software to provide easy evaluation and interpretation of measured optical properties
- Consult on projects relevant to our business objectives
